My Education in Traffic Exchange Marketing – WOW!
I haven’t posted anything about traffic generation lately, shame on me! What I have been doing is surfing Traffic Exchanges. Boy I had no idea at first… I am embarrassed to admit that I was surfing one exchange at a time {blushing}. And I was promoting all of the wrong stuff, too.
I’m surfing in earnest now, though. Why? Because I came across some information that explains exactly how to make money surfing the free traffic exchanges (and no it doesn’t involve surfing in earnest forever. I’m building momentum since I don’t want to buy credits).
I’ve joined a couple dozen TE’s in the past week or so, and have learned about link tracking and that I was using the wrong autoresponder for my business.
So I spent some time setting up a new AR and extracting the leads from my old one (was Awber if anyone cares:-) Sadly, and I knew this usually happens, most of my leads did not re-confirm for my new list. This is OK because that means they weren’t reading my messages anyway, lol!
I’m now promoting my new traffic generator on the exchanges, btw.
I have to say I have a renewed interest in and excitement about Internet marketing and a new conviction that I now know exactly what to do to make even more money at home. I was making a little here and there, but outside of MLM which I really don’t recommend doing without a net (the Internet to be specific, and for that you need squeeze pages), I couldn’t really see how to make true residual income online – until now.
So that’s where I’ve been and I will be posting here more frequently. I have found some new resources that are helping me get the word out about this blog, the Traffic Exchange course that I can’t recommend highly enough, and my traffic generator. All is well!
To sum things up:
The money is in the traffic, which builds the list of real people who are trying to do what you want to do – make money online…so give the people what they want!
